Abby Randall, LPCC
Abby is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. She has been working in the field of counseling and trauma care since 2012. Her experience has included work with survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, ritual abuse, spiritual abuse, childhood sexual abuse, and other forms of trauma. She has also counseled children, adolescents, and families facing many types of relational, behavioral, spiritual, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Abby loves people and loves coming alongside individuals and families as they navigate life and its various challenges. She views it as an honor to be trusted with her client’s stories and seeks to hold her client’s stories with kindness and gentleness. Abby utilizes a compassionate, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to counseling. Working collaboratively with client’s, Abby individualizes treatment to match client goals. Primarily, Abby draws from art therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, bowenian family systems theory, attachment theory, and existential therapies.
Abby grew up in a large family near Chicago, Illinois, and recently moved to Colorado with her high school sweetheart and best friend, Roman, whom she has been married to since 2014. Abby loves the arts and is particularly passionate about writing music, singing, and leading worship. Additionally, Abby enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, rock climbing, traveling, crafting, and hosting friends and family.
