Anastasia Stull, MA
Anastasia Stull is a Christian counselor with a Masters of Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in 2010. Anastasia grew up in a military household, and did a lot of moving around, but considers equally Georgia and Virginia as “home”.
Anastasia specializes in play therapy, children age 4-17, adult and child trauma counseling, individual therapy, and family therapy. She utilizes a blend of solution- focused, dialectical behavioral (DBT), and family systems approaches to help her clients with an overall holistic focus.
Life is messy! Therapy seeks to help. Anastasia believes therapy should be a partnership with clients and families to create calm in the chaos. This partnership seeks to overcome obstacles that hinder a client’s well-being, while increasing positivity. This will be measured by the ability to develop positive
relationships, improved self-image, as well as the ability to express feelings, make decisions, and cope with real-life situations. Anastasia’s best hopes for her clients are peace, emotional and spiritual well-being, and that they attain the healing, growth, and connection they need most.
In her free time, Anastasia enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children. Their
family has many animals to love, including: dogs, cats, chickens, bunnies, and a fish. As a family they love to travel, explore, and attend sporting events. Anastasia likes to write poetry, read books, and cooking. The ocean and beach will always be where she feels most at peace!
