Dan Lebsack, LPC
Dan Lebsack is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Colorado and Texas. He received his Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. Dan is passionate about walking alongside people who are hurting and seeking to grow. He believes that everyone’s story matters and each part of it deserves respect, honor and attention. Dan primarily utilizes Gestalt Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques when meeting with clients. He also utilizes trauma-based techniques, along with narrative and existential therapies.
Dan has extensive post-graduate sex therapy training through the Institute for Sexual Wholeness; his training centered on counseling couples with sexual disorders, as well as treating victims of sexual trauma and abuse. Dan also has many years of experience working with clients suffering from depression and/or anxiety, along with individuals and their families recovering from alcohol and drug addiction, as well as sex and pornography addictions. His hope is for you to experience authentic relationships, lasting change, and true freedom.
Dan grew up all over the country, but he calls Reno/Tahoe home which is where he lived for 20 years. In his free time, Dan enjoys skiing, cycling, and hiking with his wife and their two children. He also enjoys spending time with the family’s two dogs, Six and Bear.
