Elizabeth considers it an honor to walk with clients through their pain, healing, and growth. She utilizes multiple counseling approaches based on her client’s needs but primarily uses cognitive behavioral, person-centered, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies. She enjoys seeing her clients develop and be empowered as they journey toward healing and growth.

Elizabeth grew up in Tennessee and has lived in Colorado Springs since 2007. She has been happily married to her husband, Ben, for 14 years. They have two beautiful children whom they adore. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends; especially when it involves games
and laughter.
