Jillian Zeller, LPCC
Jillian is a recent graduate of Colorado Christian University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health counseling. She also received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University in 2017. Jillian has worked with all ages ranging from 2 years old through 56 years old. Her internship provided the opportunity for Jillian to learn and develop her therapeutic skills utilizing play therapy. With adults, Jillian uses an eclectic approach to counseling based on the needs of the client, but Jillian is consistent in approaching every client from person-centered philosophy.
Jillian’s passion for counseling exists in having the ability to step into the stories of others and help them through their past hurts to attain healing and hope. She seeks to be a light in the darkness and to carry out the great commission to share the Word of God and the love of Christ. Using person-centered theory, Jillian hopes to convey empathy, genuineness, and unconditional care for those she counsels, while also providing a safe, judgement-free atmosphere. Jillian's ultimate goal is to provide sound therapeutic counseling with Biblical truth shared in love and compassion.
A Military brat and an Air Force veteran, Jillian got her start and developed a passion for working with others as a Medic. Jillian is a parent to two teenagers and one soon-to-be pre-teen. Jillian understands the struggles of raising children alone and the need for connection with others, the necessity of healing after trauma and the importance of self-care. When not working, Jillian can be found hiking with her dogs, reading, knitting, or playing video games with her children.
