Robert Moore, BS
Robert Moore is an unlicensed psychotherapist with the state of Colorado, working toward a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Colorado Christian University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University in 2017, minoring in Religion and Outdoor Leadership/Discipleship.
His goal is to help adolescents and families overcome difficulties through learning valuable skills and tools, enhancing meaningful relationships, and through integrating experience-based therapies. Robert strives to meet people where they are, applying psychotherapy techniques and biblical truths to help them overcome their situation and live with more peace and freedom. He offers a safe, nurturing, and creative environment, so that a therapeutic alliance can facilitate healing and growth. He spent the last four years working with adolescents and children to reduce anxiety, and build self-confidence and teamwork, all focused around a Christ-centered foundation. He is now enhancing his career through his pursuit of his masters degree and his internship at Rock Your Family.
Robert learned to love the outdoors while growing up in Idaho with his family. He enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, scuba diving, and exploring the outdoors with friends. He has seen the benefits of nature and healthy relationships in his own life and how God can work through these means. He looks forward to helping others benefit from them as well, passing along all he’s learning as a therapist to benefit others.
