Counseling Appointments
If you cancel or reschedule any session (50/75 min), a refund will only be granted if you give Rock Your Family 24 hours notice in advance before the time of your scheduled service(s). If you do not notify Rock Your Family of your cancellation or any change to your scheduled session(s) at least 24 hours beforehand, a refund or opportunity to reschedule may not be granted you unless Rock Your Family deems appropriate. All no shows are fully charged and waive their right to any refund. A credit/debit card is required to be kept on file.

Private Intensive Retreats
A booking fee of $200 is required to book and a minimum deposit of 25% is required to officially reserve your spot for any intensive retreat.  Whenever you book your intensive retreat by either paying the booking fee, deposit, or balance, the booking fee is immediately non-refundable.  Once your intensive retreat has been confirmed, your deposit also becomes non-refundable.  From the time you register, you will have 72 hours to pay your deposit in order to reserve your dates.  Your deposit to confirm is non-refundable, and all funds received are non-refundable if your start date is within 2 weeks from the day you book.  If you cancel or reschedule any intensive retreat, a partial refund (minus booking fee and deposit) will only be granted you if requested in writing more than 14 days before your scheduled service(s).  No refund will be granted if requested within 14 days of your scheduled service(s).  Your remaining balance after deposit is due on or before 14 days prior to your scheduled intensive retreat.  Your remaining balance will be transacted from your credit/debit card on file, unless you’ve informed us in writing of a different preferred payment method.  Rock Your Family has full discretion to transfer funds as they see fit in order to attempt to accommodate clients in emergency situations or other qualifying events, as deemed appropriate by Rock Your Family.  It is your responsibility to make sure your credit/debit card has sufficient funds to cover your scheduled services. Applicable follow-up sessions are awarded to clients that complete their respective program and ongoing counseling is available for clients to whom it is applicable and ethical.

Workshops and Group Retreats
These require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. Any remaining refund granted requires written cancellation to Rock Your Family 14 days in advance of your scheduled workshop/retreat. No refunds will be granted within 14 days of the workshop. Rock Your Family has full discretion to transfer funds toward another date depending on client situations or emergencies, as deemed appropriate by Rock Your Family.

You and all associated with your party agree to not hold us liable for any injuries whatsoever. You all agree to participate in any and all experiences at your own risk and at your own willing participation. If you cancel or reschedule, you must do so at a minimum of 72 hours before your scheduled experience. All no shows are fully charged and waive their right to any refund.

Accommodations & All-Inclusive
Our system charges you for the first night’s stay automatically, which means that any additional nights you choose to register for will be charged to your account manually. By agreeing to these terms, you give us your explicit permission to charge your card on file for your entire stay. If you pay for any hotel accommodations through us, any payments you make toward such accommodations will be refunded by Rock Your Family according to the hotels refund policy if the participating hotel first reimburses Rock Your Family. Under no circumstances will you be refunded for any funds not first dispersed to Rock Your Family. You agree to be responsible for all incidentals and all purchases or add-ons or additional accommodations or services in which you partake in or agree to. Rock Your Family takes no responsibility whatsoever for incidentals or any other accommodations or services you choose to participate in at the Glen Eyrie Castle or their grounds or at any other participating or contracted hotel or lodge. You are responsible for all extra fees outside of what is agreed to between us and you. Any extra fees assessed from your stay, lodging, and/or accommodations are due within 30 days and will automatically be transacted from your credit/debit card on file.

If you download or purchase any product, file, or form from Rock Your Family, you agree to use it for personal use only (unless Rock Your Family grants you explicit written permission to do so) and not to duplicate it in any way or to share it in a way that would be detrimental or harmful to Rock Your Family or toward any other party, and you also agree to not use it in any way as to make yourself out to be affiliated or partnered with Rock Your Family.

Any outstanding payments will be assessed a 10% fee and sent to collections and legal action will be taken at the discretion of Rock Your Family.
