Amber Swift is a Certified Health Coach trained in Integrative Nutrition, Functional Health, and Traditional Chinese Medicine — and she knows firsthand what it feels like when your body stops working the way it should.

After walking through her own health breakdown from chronic stress and a one-size-fits-all approach that left her with more questions than answers, Amber made it her mission to help others — and whole families — get to the root of what's draining them.

Today she works with people of every age and season: the mom running on empty, the husband who's been told his labs are "fine" while he still feels off, the teen wrestling with anxiety and gut issues, the child whose symptoms keep getting brushed aside. What they share is the same frustration — being told everything looks "normal" while they're still exhausted, anxious, hurting, and not feeling like themselves.

A California girl God planted in the Deep South, Amber is a wife of 26 years, mom of five, and grandmama. She hosts the Everyday Health for the Christian Woman podcast and leads the Set for Life membership — a growing community where people are supported in both their faith and their health journey — while caring for both men and women of all ages who are ready to feel like themselves again.
