Autumn is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the needs of the individual. She primarily draws from cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy, emphasizing belief systems that inform behavior and curating a therapeutic bond that fosters trust and safety.
