We meet you exactly where you are. Rock Your Family offers three distinct pathways for career and vocational support:

1. Integrated Therapy for Career Distress

If your career paralysis is tied to a treatable clinical condition—such as an adjustment disorder, anxiety, or depression—we can integrate this vocational work directly into your ongoing psychotherapy.

Note: When a genuine medical necessity and diagnosable condition are present, these sessions may be billable under standard psychotherapy insurance codes.

2. Targeted Career Consultations

Already seeing a therapist at Rock Your Family? Your primary clinician can refer you to one of our career specialists for a focused, short-term career assessment and a small number of targeted vocational sessions.

3. Vocational & Transition Groups

Work alongside peers navigating similar transitions. Our group offerings provide a supportive, collaborative environment perfect for developmental exploration, future planning, or navigating professional griefor loss.
